Seoul Food

On October 13 of last year, I received a message from my friend Melanie who lives in Singapore, telling me that our good friend Jee Young, who lives in Seoul, had told her that she was getting married in January. January 19 to be precise. We had told her many years before that we would attend her wedding in Seoul no matter what. This was over five years ago.

On January 16, Melanie and I flew to Seoul all giddy, like young excitable girls. We had a couple of days before the wedding, so we took a tour of the different districts of the city, sampled some of the local dishes, and snapped away every chance we got.
